Manufacturing Standard
Food and Drug Administration has approved manufacturing standard of the plant since 1994. This is evidence that all pharmaceutical products from the plant are manufactured under the Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.).
| | Manufacturing Place is constructed and renovated in accordance with G.M.P. as follows:
- Manufacturing area is designed in accordance with advice of the Food and Drug Administration and constructed with easily clean materials.
- Manufacturing area and storage place of raw materials and medicines are equipped with temperature and humidity control systems.
- Have efficient dust filter system that does not cause pollution.
- Have efficient contamination prevention system. Quality Control Section will regularly examine cleanliness of the manufacturing area, especially in the clean room.
- Have accident and fire prevention systems. We provide annually training by the expert to our employees both in theory and practice. | | Personnel
- - Applicant will be screened, have physical examination and trained before employment
- - Provide training and evaluate regularly focusing on cleanliness and compliance with the G.M.P.
- - Quality Control Section will examine cleanliness of workers regularly, especially when working in the clean room.
- - Provide annually health examination for employees to prevent harmful disease and promote good health.
